  • OHM 24

    The OHM festival’s 2024 edition presented a program of cutting-edge music, boundary-pushing performances and pioneering art. Audiences experienced a fusion of music, performance, and movement at ΩHM from 28 February – 20 April 2024, with a program of immersive international and Australian talent featuring Yothu Yindi, Michael Rother, Drab Majesty, Boris, an exhibition by Kim Gordon and full-length dance works by Stephanie Lake and Chunky Move.

  • Double Vision 24

    For Double Vision's second iteration, the program was presented as part of the 2024 International Symposium of Electronic Arts (ISEA) in partnership with the Queensland University of Technology. Over two nights at the Brisbane Powerhouse, the program included performances by mHz, Xenosine and No Plexus, alongside an exhibition by Yandell Walton: When We Are One.

  • OHM 23

    A new festival embracing everything from pioneering musicians to post-genre artists, ΩHM: Festival of Other Music offered an innovative programme and at Brisbane Powerhouse across two months in early 2023. For the inaugural festival, the line-up featured icon and pop provocateur Peaches, Flying Nun jangle-pop legends The Chills, British musician, author and poet Kae Tempest, English jazz fusion-math rock black midi, London-based South African singer, songwriter, actor, and novelist Nakhane, alongside a free program of local music and visual arts.

  • Double Vision 23

    Originally presented as part of the Brisbane Festival, Double Vision was a new audio-visual and electronic music program. It featured London-based electronic music heavyweight Max Cooper and Danny Harley, aka The Kite String Tangle, performing brand new audiovisual works back-to-back in the Powerhouse Theatre.

  • Night Feast

    As a new food and art festival for Brisbane, Brad curated the outdoor program for the 2023 and 2024 editions. The free public program featured commissioned new works by Robin Fox: Brisbane Constellation, Tom Muller: Steam Works, Paul Yore: Become What You Are, Christian Thompson and Leeroy New and remounts of work by Meagan Streader, Swiss-based sound artist Zimoun, Kim Gordon and The Huxleys.

  • Neighbourhood Festival

    Co-presented by Footscray Community Arts Centre and The Substation across the western suburbs of Melbourne, Neighbourhood included a large-scale indoor and outdoor program. At The Substation major new works were commissioned by Lisa Lerkenfeldt and Tristan Jalleh (With Water Up To Her Knees), Michaela Gleave (Between Us), Harrison Hall and Sam McGlip with NAXS Corp (Body Crysis / 身體災變). Nikki Lam and Mat Spisbah curated Woke in Fright, an exhibition bringing together artists who investigate dystopian futures and the absurd within society.

  • Subsonic, AsiaTOPA

    Subsonic was an electronic and experimental visual arts and music program presented as part of the AsiaTOPA festival in 2020. Presented as a sub-program within the broader AsiaTOPA program, it brought together visual arts, performance, and music. It occurred across Arts Centre Melbourne, The Substation, and outdoor locations. The program featured Ryoji Ikeda, Nonotak, Boris and Merzbow, Chamber Made, Aki Onda and Corin.
